About us
Harmonise & Rise serves as a restorative sanctuary for those seeking to escape the noise of a disconnected world, offering a soulful day dedicated to mindfulness, healing, and the gentle art of slowing down.
Co-created by wellbeing expert and mindfulness teacher Paula Seabourne Gordon, whose expertise in personal transformation fosters deep empowerment, and Creative Coach Charlie, the founder of Charlie Doodle, who uses immersive arts and crafts to spark confidence and self-expression, the experience is designed to help participants realign their energy.
Together, Paula and Charlie have curated a nurturing space where women and men are invited to reconnect with their inner power, allowing them to step away from the overwhelm of modern life and rediscover a profound sense of clarity, creativity, and inner peace.

A wonderful warm caring and friendly person
I was very fortunate to attend a Women’s Wellness event organised by Paula at the amazing Chewton Glen Hotel in the New Forest.
I arrived frazzled due to long train delays to be greeted by a team of wonderful women who offered refreshments as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere I can describe was calm and happy and I immediately forgot my journey stress and enjoyed a healthy breakfast.
We went into a meditation session taken by Paula which was such a beautiful experience I could feel the layers of exhaustion and tension peeling away.
Paula is a wonderful warm caring and friendly person whose personality shines through and she makes sure everyone is looked after and included in the whole experience.

A very warm environment for comfortable conversations
Charlie very kindly hosted a wonderful candle making workshop for the maternal figures in our charity community for Mother’s Day. It was an incredible session; Charlie made it a very warm environment for comfortable conversations, whilst giving clear instructions to make lovely candles. Everyone has said how much they loved the session, so a huge thank you to Charlie for all she did! We would love to work with Charlie again, and I know a lot of our guests will be making candles in the future!
